An Announcement:
My birthday's in 5 weeks and 6 days.

The one thing I've always wanted on my birthday is one of those balloon bouquets. I have never gotten one ever in my whole life, and it's kind of sad when I see everyone getting one from their friends for their birthday but me.

Okay, so the latest movie I've watched: Garden State
I only got to watch half of it, and was going to finish it today, but alas! the Youtube user who had it uploaded has been suspended. Oh, joy.
The first half was good, though. I definitely got those cozy indie-movie vibes. Natalie Portman is a doll as the compulsive liar Sam. Very cutely portrayed. Zach Braff is also very good as Andrew, the craaaazy main character. He's just cute, period. I think so, anyway. Sometimes. Not always. There are certain angles where he's not very good-looking at all. Like when he smiles without showing teeth. He looks like he has some sort of dispigmentation disease or something when he does that. I don't know.

Another good movie: Babel.
Please watch it sometime in your lifetime. It is ... brilliant. If you understand the themes and complexity of the plot, it will seriously move you. It's rated R for a reason though, so if you're one of those cautious-about-ratings people, be aware.
