Okay, so today was my first day of "apprenticeship"!
Pretty neat stuff.
We did a tour of Peachford (a mental health hospital). It was pretty cool...we went through the detox ward, geriatrics ward, children's ward, and we even went into the ECT unit. ECT is electroconvulsive shock therapy, by the way. We didn't actually get to SEE an ECT happen, but it was still neat to actually go in there... it was definitely different from what I had pictured from stuff like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest...not that I was expecting anything like that.


Sooo yeah...
Want to hear some GREAT news???
My aunt Marta is coming to visit us all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil! I love her! She's my favorite aunt. I CAN'T WAIT!!! She's one of those people who loves to have fun, and be young, and go shopping. In a word, awesome. She'll be here around July 14th, all the way to August 12th.

Well, in other news, not so great news...
the legendary Mr. Michael Jackson died...
I'm sure everyone knows already.
My mom started crying.....
