Well, next Thursday is the first day of my internship. I will apparently be touring Peachford hospital. I actually KNOW a couple of people who have been patients there...pretty dramatic stuff, I must say. Ah, teen angst and psychiatric hypochondria! Wonderful, isn't it?

Yesterday I went to Athens again for an undergraduate admissions information session at UGA. We got there early again, and even though my mom wasn't up to it, I persuaded her to walk around Downtown with me. We went looking for a mom-and-pop coffee shop, but we saw a Starbucks first and decided to just go there instead. It was pretty fun, sitting outside and people-watching. It had this very quaint, Parisian-yet-rural feel to it. I could definitely get used to that.

I am sad to say that even though I have been sticking to my diet/exercise plan, I actually GAINED a pound! WHAAAAT? Grr. Hm. Maybe it's like the economy situation...it'll get worse before it gets better? Meh.
