My Girl Project camera arrived today! Exciting! Now I can document my life and send it off to strangers. Ooooh.

Today has been sad.
I'd like to say how I'm feeling, but it's not explainable. I feel kind of clumsy and embarrassed, for several reasons.
My AP Lang teacher wrote a harsh comment on my outline for my research paper, and it kind of threw me off track for the whole day. The 30/100 quiz grade she gave me on it is also kind of...lingering. Now I feel ashamed to ask her for her signature on the scholastics thing. *sigh* I wish I was better at the technical/non-creative aspect of English. I mean, honestly. I try. My brain doesn't seem to be stretching as far as it can go. :|Maybe I'll redeem myself on the livejournal thingy we're doing with the seniors. I have some good ideas in my head for it. I really want to impress my teacher and show her that I'm not intentionally doing badly. It's going to take some work.
And then, I just say stupid things without even thinking about it, and I probably give off the impression that I'm dumb, and I hate it when people think I'm dumb! I know I'm smart. If I was dumb, I wouldn't BE in an AP class, now would I? I wouldn't have a 90 without the 7 points in that AP class, would I? Hmph. I'm just a little...I don't want to say weird, because that's cliche, but that's the word I'm thinking of. My brain processes things differently. I can't put my ideas on paper as easily as other people can. So it's really frustrating that some people think I'm dumb. If people could see into my mind, they'd know I'm not.

Sorry for the rant. It was necessary.
