So today, as promised, I went shopping. I went to Target, then Goodwill, then back to Target (my mom wanted me to buy a dvd player while I was out..?), then the Forum. I encountered no electronics freaks, but soccer moms galore.
Things accomplished:
- wallet
- belt
- lace tights that I've been drooling over since September
- dress
- jacket
- BUMP-ITS for mah hurrr :) on sale, too.
- headband
- iPod adapter thingy for my car, LOVE IT
At Target this lady pretty much butt-bumped me out of the way when I was looking at the clearance pajamas. The clearance pajamas were ugly, anyway. What makes the situation hilarious to me is that she was wearing full-on sports gear: a SWEATBAND, exercise-pants, and a sweatshirt. She was intense. In it to win it. And then at the Forum...it was just a hot mess. It took me half an hour to find a parking spot, and when I did it was like 10 minutes away from all the good stuff. Goodwill was the only place that wasn't crowded.
SO ANYWAY,
yeah it was a good day, mostly.
Oh, and I have discovered the joys of strong lipcolor. It's like, BAM! Instant confidence.
