I watched (500) Days of Summer yesterday. Lovely, but not as clever as I'd expected. Hmph!
So jealous of Zooey Deschanel. She's gorgeous. ANYWAY. Um. More about the movie... I guess I could appreciate the "message" it wanted to get across, which was basically not to put all your trust into your imagined destiny, because for all you know your real destiny is still awaiting you. I DUNNO. But the movie was enjoyable thanks to the cutie Joseph Gordon-Levitt being in it. Ah, how much he has changed since 10 Things I Hate About You. But he remains ever cute.
My mom left for Brazil today. UGH. NOOOOO.
I've been in lockdown-depressive mode all afternoon.
