I miss Paris terribly.
And on a side-note, that sounds really snooty. I can picture an old lady wearing a fur coat and carrying a chihuahua in her purse saying that. But on another side-note, it's true. Once you go there, even if it is for 1 and a half days and you only got to see the Mona Lisa in the Louvre and the rest of the time was dragged around to stores way beyond your budget by upperclassmen, you can never get rid of the spirit it leaves in you. Paris demeure éternelle dans ton coeur!
And I have the travel bug right now, as they say on the Travel Channel. I've been looking up ticket prices for New York, L.A., and Paris, although Paris is way expensive. I've talked about this before, but I really want to go on a summer trip somewhere. Paris would be the ideal, but New York works too. I have some money saved, which I could put towards the trip...along with skymiles. Either way, I have decided I need to take this trip before starting college.
Anyway,
I really just want my mom back. I wish I could fast-forward two weeks when she's home already. >_<
